How is thermal insulation tested?

Lab-tested to EN 12546-1 standard at an ambient temperature of 68°F (20°C). When filled to capacity, it takes 14 hours for contents to drop from 203°F (95°C) to 122°F (50°C)—the point where drinks are still considered warm enough to enjoy.

The secret of the insulated flask?

This flask’s double-wall stainless steel with vacuum blocks heat transfer by conduction and convection. A copper layer reduces heat loss through radiation. For best performance, preheat the flask with hot water for 5 minutes, then replace with your drink and close tightly. The fuller the flask, the better the heat retention. Caution: liquids stay hot for many hours—use care when drinking.

Functions

Easily open the top with one hand by pressing the white “PRESS” button. To lock, slide the button down—when the red area appears, the lid is secure and won’t open. The top also includes a built-in filter to block large tea leaves or fruit pieces, though it’s not suitable for finely cut teas.

Care tips

Dishwasher safe (lid and body). Remove and dry with the lid off. The lid’s seal can be taken out for thorough cleaning—just be sure not to lose it/

All materials used meet current food contact standards and are BPA-free, in line with French regulations. The bottle body is made from 18/8 (304) stainless steel, known for its food safety, while the lid is crafted from heat- and impact-resistant polypropylene.

Product Testing

This isothermal product is tested according to the following protocol:Water at 95°C is placed in the product, which is closed and placed in an oven at 20°C. The drop in temperature of the water is then measured after 6 hours and reached 67°C. 52°C after 12 hours, 36°C after 24 hours.

Storage Instructions

Wash and dry before storing away. Store in a clean, dry place.
