The Van Rysel D100 Smart Trainer comes race-ready with the Zwift Cog and Click system preinstalled. Compatible with SRAM, Shimano, and Campagnolo 8 to 12-speed drivetrains, it delivers 24 levels of digital resistance control from your handlebars for immersive indoor training.

Flexible drivetrain compatibility

Prefer your own cassette? No problem. The Zwift Cog can be removed with a standard tool, giving you the freedom to install Shimano or SRAM 8 to 12-speed cassettes. SRAM XDR requires hub ref: 8919550 (to copy/paste in the search bar)

The D100’s direct-drive system connects directly to your bike’s drivetrain for a smoother, quieter ride than traditional wheel-on trainers. Real-road feel meets home convenience, with a folding foot for compact storage.

Train with power and precision

Crush intervals with up to 600 watts of resistance and 6 percent simulated incline. Power data is measured with ±5% accuracy so every session counts. Add a cadence sensor (ref: 8735155) for full performance tracking.

Fully connected smart trainer

The D100 uses Bluetooth FTMS to sync seamlessly with leading indoor cycling apps like Zwift, Kinomap, Bkool, and Onelap. Compatible with iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows devices for effortless connectivity.

Easy calibration and updates

Use the free OnelapFit app to calibrate your D100 Smart Trainer and install firmware updates easily. You can also calibrate directly within the Zwift app for seamless setup.

Use your own cassette and axle setup

Want to ride without the Zwift Click and Cog? Simply uninstall them from the cassette body and install your preferred setup. The D100 is compatible with:-Shimano 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12-speed-SRAM 8, 9, 10, and 11-speed*SRAM 12-speed XDR requires a separate cassette hub (ref: 8919550)The trainer supports both Quick Release (130–135 x 5mm, included) and Thru Axle (142–148 x 12mm, adapter kit included) systems.Fits 26 to 29-inch mountain bike wheels and 700C road wheels.

How To Measure

Chest / Bust: measure around the fullest part, keep tape horizontal.
Waist: measure at the natural waistline, not too tight.
Hip: measure around the widest part of the hips/glutes.
Inseam: measure from crotch to ankle bone.
Foot length: stand on paper, mark heel and longest toe, measure in cm.

Tip: for cycling and running, sizes run snug. For hiking and casual sports, true to size works well.
